PRESS CONFERENCE BY THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE OF
“SOUND THE TRUMPET” – God’s message to all Liberians
“SOUND THE TRUMPET”
God’s message to all Liberians everywhere
Ladies and gentlemen of the press, we thank you very sincerely for accepting our invitation to come to this very important press conference.
Fellow Liberians, the day of the Lord is at hand! Let us Confess and Repent or Perish!
The God of the universe has revealed a message for all Liberians everywhere.
A couple of weeks ago, God Almighty woke me up in the Spirit and led me to a place by the Somalia Drive in Jacob Town, Paynesville. While standing by the road, I saw three very large dump trucks coming from the Red Light direction. Then I heard a voice saying: “You see those trucks that are coming? They are my garbage trucks. Tell the people of Liberia to bundle up their sins in bags and stand by them. When a truck reaches them, they must throw the bags in the truck. Those that will obey, I will save them when I return to heal and rebuild the nation.”
After a few days, the Lord spoke again saying:
“You must tell the people of Liberia that I am coming soon to cleanse, heal and rebuild my country, Liberia! But the land is stained with human blood that has been wasting from the first day of the 14 years civil war up to the present. The BLOOD of all those who died in the civil war is still crying out loud to me asking, “What have I done God?” Therefore, I am coming now TO CLEANSE, HEAL THE LAND AND REBUILD THE COUNTRY.
Tell the Liberian people that: “All former warlords and individual citizens at home and abroad who fueled and fought in the war, whether they are political and religious leaders, business executives, educators and administrators, diplomats and generals, great and small, rich and poor, young and old, they must CONFESS and REPENT of their individual and corporate sins within three hours on November 5, 2015. This prayer of confession and repentance must be said wherever they may be between 9 A. M. and 12 Noon. Each individual or a group must select the time to pray within the three hours. The three hours are for the whole nation. They may be in the church, in the Mosque, in the office, in a car, in a plane, in a fishing boat or canoe, in the market place, at home, in the hospital, prison, on the farm, etc., let them cry out to me for forgiveness and mercy; for the cleansing and healing of the land; and for the rebuilding of the nation.”
And the Lord continued to speak saying:
“I see the suffering of my people. People are crying and complaining everywhere that times are hard. Those that are working and getting regular pay cannot meet their basic needs. Business people are not making enough profit to cover their expenses; Cost of living is rising almost on a daily basis; Citizens hear about so much money coming into the country but cannot see the resulting benefits. Crime rate is increasing! Lawlessness is the order of the day! So many young people are even suffering more than many older people. I want to rebuild the country to put an end to the suffering of my people. But I cannot rebuild the nation on the foundation of human blood.
“Therefore, I will forgive all those who will honestly and sincerely confess and repent of their sins. I will remove the stain of human blood that was shed during the war; heal the land and rebuild the country dedicated unto me if Liberians will OBEY my instruction.”
Fellow Liberians everywhere, this is the message from God Almighty that we have come to deliver to you wherever you are; at home or abroad. Let us take this message seriously. God Almighty is a loving and merciful God. Let us act like the citizens of Nineveh who believed God’s message and acted promptly and appropriately. Even when the King of Nineveh heard the news, the Bible tells us that “he got up from his throne, took off his robe, put on sack cloth and sat down in ashes”. Then he and his officials issued a proclamation, calling on all the people and animals of Nineveh “to fast, pray earnestly to God and must give up their wicked behavior and their evil actions. Perhaps God will change his mind; perhaps he will stop being angry, and we will not die” Jonah 3:6 – 9). Because they responded to God’s message appropriately, God forgave them and spared the country.
Let us obey the three hours ultimatum that God has given us on Thanksgiving Day, November 5, 2015 from 9 a.m. to 12 mid-day. I strongly believe that if we, the Liberian people, do as the people of Nineveh did, God Almighty will certainly forgive us, cleanse our land, heal our land and rebuild our country for our prosperity now and forever.
I therefore request you, ladies and gentlemen of the press, that as messengers of God you join us to deliver God’s message to God’s people in all the languages spoken in Liberia and leave the rest with God.
I thank you for listening.
